WEC Light Heavyweight Champion Brian Stann returns to the cage on August 3rd to defend his title for the first time.Stann won the belt in March by defeating the then champion Doug Marshall. He will make his first defence against Steve Cantwell. This fight will be a rematch between the two fighters. Their first fight took place in March last year. Stann won the fight, handing Cantwell his first and only loss.
The August card hasn't been officially announced yet, but according to Stann it will take place August 3rd. A venue has not been named.
