Just a short note to say congratulations to Helio Gracie who celebrated his 95th birthday on October 1st.Helio is one of the founders of Gracie Jiu-Jitsu, and has made a profound impact on the MMA world, by introducing his son Royce to the sport.
To celebrate this historical moment, his sons Royler, Rolker and Rickson prepared a birthday cake for the Master at Gracie Humaita gym, at Rio de Janeiro.
