Calvancante injured, Possibly Out Until 2009

Gesias "JZ" Calvancante has announced that he is suffering from a torn ACL, possibly suffered in his recent fight with Shinya Aoki.

This injury will require surgery, and at least 4 months recovery time before he can begin to train again. He expects to be out of action until the end of this year at the earliest, if not into 2009.
