New Promotion Headline by Shonie Carter, Guest Referee Clay Guida

New promotion PrimeTime FC has announced it's first fight card today. The event is headlined by Former UFC and TUF veteran Shonie "Mr. International" Carter.

Carter will face little known fighter Demi Deeds in the main event. Little is known about Deeds, although he has a 5-0 record in small time shows and is said to be lethal, both on the ground and on his feet.

Current UFC fighter Clay "The Carpenter" Guida is to make his debut as a guest referee at this event. Whilst most of the fighters are relative unknowns to the MMA world, it looks to be an exciting event. In the co main event, Ron Fields is slated to take on Bobby Martinez. Fields will have a busy few weeks, as he is also booked to fight on the June 14th Adrenaline card.
