WEC Middleweight Champion Paulo Filho has been released from rehab in Brazil, after he admitted himself due to a drug problem.Filho is now reported to be ready for action, and is already back in training. The WEC have issued this statement:
"As I mentioned before, we supported Paulo. He obviously did the right thing, and we hope that he's taking care of his personal issues and he gets better and gets back in to the cage."
The WEC hope that Filho will be back to defend his title before the end of this year.
