Former IFL Lightweight Champion Ryan Schultz has reportedly signed a contract with World Victory Road.World Victory Road made the announcement today, and also announced that Schultz's first fight under their banner would be at the Sengoku Lightweight Tournament's opening round, to be held on August 24th.
If Schultz makes it past the first round of the tournament, he will be looking at a potential contract of six fights, although a monetary figure has not been disclosed. Schultz, who holds a professional record of 20-9-1, will make his debut against Shooto veteran Mizuto Hirota.
