We reported yesterday that the UFC was looking to arrange a fight between Brock Lesnar and Heath Herring for UFC 87. (See original story here http://mmatrivia.blogspot.com/2008/05/rumor-herring-possible-replacement-for.html)It has been confirmed today that they have, in fact, signed this deal. UFC Hall of Famer Mark Coleman was originally scheduled to fight Lesnar, but was forced to withdraw from the bout due to a knee injury.
The bout will take place at UFC 87 on August 9th in Lesnar's home state, Minneapolis, Minnesota.
