According to Karo Parisyan, he will make his return to the Octagon in August, after suffering a loss to Thiago Alves.Parisyan took the loss hard, going so far as to say that this next fight is "do or die" for him. In an interview with Yahoo! Sports, he made this comment:
“At this point in my life I’m trying to change a lot of stuff in my life,” Parisyan said. “It’s either do or die for me now. God forbid. I can’t handle two losses in a row.”
An opponent has not yet been named for Parisyan, although he says he was once slated to fight TUF 6 contestant George Sotiropolis, but that bout has been scratched due to an injury suffered by Sotiropolis.
